The board contains the following meats, cheeses and nibbles.

Meats:

Venison Salami and Finocchiona Puntrelle Fennel Salami from I.J. Mellis, Caraway Kielbasa from East Coast Cured.

I.J. Mellis Cheeses:

Baron Bigod, Shropshire Blue, Smoked Gubbeen, and Alp Blossom.

Accompaniments:

Pickled cornichons and organic green olives, smoked almonds, honey roasted cashews, dried cranberries and dark chocolate gingers.

Scottish blossom honey from Edinburgh Honey Co. and Galloway Lodge Boxing Day chutney.

Hebridean oat cakes and Stag salt and pepper water biscuits.

These boards are wrapped and can last in the fridge for up to three days.
